Making Progress!

Over the last couple of weekends we've been trying to get down to the boat evenings and weekends and we're finally making noticable progress.  Sometimes I don't see it until someone comes down that hasn't been there in a while; thanks Tara for helping me see the progress we've been making!!

We now have the whole "upstairs" insulated and wired.  Now we're ready to put in the ceiling material and get the panelling stained and up.  Hopefully we'll be getting on that this weekend!

We put spacers in the ceiling bays to keep the insulation from touching the ceiling.  This should allow for air circulation which should keep it from condensating up there.  When we pulled the ceiling down on both levels last year we were shocked at how wet the fiberglass insulation was; you could ring the water out of it.  We should not have that moisture problem now.

After we put in the spacers we stuck the rigid foam insualtion up in the bays.
